Reba Borden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Performance, a Bachelor of Art degree in Special Education, and in July 2024 will hold a Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, and take the exam to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Reba grew up in Cody, Wyoming and gained her passion for helping others watching her family serve in public service roles in education and law enforcement. She began her college career in 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health & Human Performance through Montana State University Billings in 2016. After working for several years in public health roles in Montana and Wyoming, Reba decided to return to school to pursue special education to work with children with behavioral disorders. Reba earned a Bachelor of Art degree in Special Education with a dual licensure in Elementary Education through Western Governors University in 2019. She accepted her first special education teaching role with Northeast Wyoming BOCES at Sheridan Day Program in January 2020, working with grades 5-12 students with severe emotional behavioral disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and ADD/ADHD. Throughout her role at Northeast Wyoming BOCES, Reba gained a wealth of knowledge about the private education sector providing residential treatment programs and day programs for children with severe emotional behavioral disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and ADD/ADHD. Reba accepted a K-12 Behavior Specialist position with Park County School District #1 in August 2022, while simultaneously starting her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through Montana State University Billings. Additionally, during her masters program, Reba worked as an ABA Graduate Research Assistant and as a Registered Behavior Technician at the Institute for Neurodiversity. Reba moved to Billings, Montana after becoming engaged and accepted a K-5 ABA position with Lockwood Schools in September 2023. Reba will graduate with her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis in July 2024 and take the exam to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. 


Reba is passionate about working with small rural school districts that may not have access to quality applied behavior analysis services. Reba will be contracting with districts in Northern Wyoming and Southern Montana for applied behavioral analysis services and special education services. Services from Reba include: functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, staff and teacher trainings, skill acquisition plans for individuals in life skills and severe needs programs, Verbal Behavior Milestones Assessment and Placement, monthly supervision for registered behavior technicians, IEP development and meeting facilitation, and IEP auditing.
